We’re very happy to be able to work with Obdach e.V. for this event, a Heidelberg charity founded in 1987 with the goal of giving homeless individuals the help they need. Obdach e.V. offers shelter, emotional support, and professional assistance during the search for meaningful work and a sense of purpose.

Obdachlose sind vom Schicksal geschlagene Menschen, denen vor und während ihres Lebens auf der Straße meist schwere seelische und oft auch körperliche Wunden zugefügt worden sind.
Weder ihre Familie, noch Freunde oder Nachbarn kümmern sich um sie.
OBDACH e.V. Heidelberg unterstützt diese Menschen auf viele verschiedene Arten:
– mit zeitlich unbegrenzter Wohnmöglichkeit im eigenen Zimmer (ca. 90 Zimmer)
– mit professioneller Betreuung und Hilfe durch ausgebildete Sozialarbeiter und Ehrenamtliche
– mit Hilfe bei der Suche nach Beschäftigung, sei es auf den Arbeitsmarkt oder bei internen Arbeitsteams“
